BillF great catch! We don't need that kinda stuff on here. I find it hard to see all the downvoters, but its great to see you call that out. Thank you, This is about recruiting the best no matter the color.

Let's be perfectly honest here he's not going to major in PE at UT or LSU. Football schedule will not allow him that. It's too time consuming.
A very good friend of mine is a senior at Georgia Tech and is majoring in electrical engineering while on scholarship for football
It's hard as shite but it's possible

Rudy Niswanger got accepted into medical school while playing. PE would be difficult, but the resources are there. I wish more players would take advantage of real degrees offered instead of general studies.

You'll are here talking about education but we've got a 5* talent kid he willmore than likely be in the NFL making way more money than a BS petroleum engineer.
Not only that, LSU had a great emgineering program is he truly desires that as his backup to NFL

Dude nweds to wise up and go mechanical engineering. Petroleum is not a good field right now. Lots of good engineers losing jobs with the falling price of crude.

this x 1000.
But it's cyclical. The industry will be back up in a few years and oil companies will be spending too much money on new hires and other nonsense once again.
It's an industry where no one learns their lessons.
