My bad on that one. Dontayvion was drafted in 2023. My point remains the same. You cannot judge a kid strictly on STATS in high school. This kid made it to the NFL and on an ACTIVE roster and only caught 12 passes his senior year in high school.

That’s a bad way to make that point. Low production from Wing T would be understandable because as a system it just doesn’t throw the ball so naturally a WR would not excel there
If you’re a high school team with a real 5 star kid at WR and you suck as an offense or at the very least can’t get production out of that 5 star, that’s a pretty big red flag for both the coaches and the player.
Doesn’t mean he can’t turn out to be a great player, but these are the exact things you point to when these high rated players wash out, they usually have these sort of red flags.
