Don't count LSU out yet for Odell

Most likely, I'd put it at 60-40, maybe 65-35 LSU. Clemson does have a young head coach and young OC who have had success recruiting bigtime QBs (they signed 5 star Tajh Boyd a year ago).

True, but wasn't that kind of a screwed-up situation? Committed to Tennessee but Kiffykins told him he wouldn't play; some thought a silent commit to Oregon (I think), etc, etc. Still, it was a good get for Clemson (sometimes called "Auburn-with-a-Lake"): coming out of Phoebus High you gotta be tough!

Think you have it backwards. Ronnie Martin has an offer and is higher on our board than Ronald Martin unless Ronald just amazes the coaches at the camp. Ronald could end up as a Safety as well which he looks better suited for unlike Ronnie that is a pure CB.

If the staff sees Ronald as a pure safety then he would be pretty high on our board as well but there are a few others higher on the board but he could change that this week. He could get that offer this week. However, if we like our chances with other targets we could hold out and evaluate more and not take much of a risk losing out on him with him only holding offers from mainly in-statr schools other than LSU.

thanks bhelm, i'm used to calling ronald by his nickname, lil ronnie, thats what family call him, anyway i think he can be another tracy porter type player in the sense in leaving the state and developing into a very good college player
