Entire B1G is clearly using bs language in their revenue share contracts. We just watched, especially with the B1G commissioner getting involved... the beginning of a can of worms being opened with the Williams situation.

It becomes an antitrust question if the Big Ten (a trade association of competing schools) is effectively coordinating a shared restraint on player mobility (or NIL portability) across its members.
The hook is the reporting that:
the agreement is “a Big Ten template document used by all league members,” built for situations like this, and
the commissioner / conference office is involved.
If that’s true, then the theory is: horizontal coordination among competitors on contract terms that restrict movement (and potentially suppress the player market). That’s the same category of conduct the DOJ/FTC have been explicitly focused on in worker-mobility enforcement (no-poach / restrictions on worker mobility).
