Big difference between a player who has cracked the three deep at Alabama and has actually been on the field for defensive snaps (Sanders) and a kid who has been regulated to only special teams, has not cracked the three deep, has seen little to no defensive snaps and has been passed by younger players (Kennedy). Not a valid comparison at all.

Yup. I don't see what everyone sees in this guy and wants him on the roster. There's better depth signings in portal right now with PT. This guy couldn't even crack a mediocre Bama lineup of LBs. They certainly haven't been to normal Bama LB standards recently. Just because he's coming off their roster doesn't mean he has value because his HS ranking was good.

I still think we should go all in on the oregon state guy if he is still available, We could grab this kennedy guy but I doubt he would want to go from backup /special teams on bamma to more than likely backup/special teams at LSU.
