I have a serious problem with the "i hope you blow out a knee/break your leg/die comments, even the frick yous and whatnot, but I see no problem with bashing his father. Being the adult in this little clusterfrick of a situation, and a FOOTBALL COACH, its pretty low of him to approve/encourage janzen waiting until after NSD. but if you have a problem with bashing the father, get off your high horse.

Of course he did. Chances are he was trying everything he could to get him to sign still. All schools recruit kids until the ink is actually dry.

good point. but i would hate to think Les was the last one to know Jackson was all UT and it was a done deal when it seemed like a bunch of other people (UT staff, writers, etc) knew already. kinda makes him look foolish.

Not really. Again, we have no way to know if Les knew or not. Hell the press had an idea as of yesterday morning so I assume Miles did too. Like I said, no one knows everything that went down but JJ. Still sad to see men get so upset and bash the kid cause he made a huge choice that will affect him for a long time to come.

I'll agree with that. I don't like the way JJ handled the situation (I think it was a McKnight-esque move), but wishing harm on the kid is ridiculous. Some folks around here are pretty F'ing pathetic.

McNeese coaches had MUCH to do with swaying JJ away from LSU...there's a LOT of Tiger hatin in the MSU clubhouse

A majority of the people on here don't care if a guy decommits to play at a better situation for them. They care when a guy says he's known he was going to tennessee for at least a week, yet waits until after NSD to decommit from LSU and sign with Tennessee, after publicly reaffirming his commitment to LSU 4 days ago.
You don't see any problem with that?

Even if that were true, it would be better than being suicidal over the fact that LSU didn't get one recruit they were gunning for much like you seem to be.
