First of all, I don't care if he's the #1 RB in the country, you don't put him out there until he's ready. He had a problem with his blitz pickup and blocking assignments. So when he's in the game defenses know it's a running play. Know the game before making assumptions.

I don't think that's true, especially since it was bs coach speak from Brian Kelly. I think there might have been 1 or 2 plays this season where he missed a blitzer that the OL didn't pick up. Berry was solid, especially once he finally starting getting the reps later in the year.

Someone with an account can check the PFF scores, but I would expect his grades in line or better compared to the other RBs.
