Let me get this straight. Your theory is both of these guys silently committed to LSU and the coaching staff told them to put out a bogus top 7 or 10? Do you have anything to back that up? It sounds far fetched as hell.

Just saying it's strange in a good way for LSU maybe for these two guys to have what seems to be great visits then put tweets out that are almost the same wording.

These guys could commit and to me it would still really mean nothing at this stage. Verbals are nice to hear, but the bottom line is they are still available to anyone. Schools won't quit til the LOI's are in! lol

It's hard to believe that either Akers or Buggs are silent commits, it sure would be awesome if it was true, but even if that were the case, until their names are in ink on that LOI, anything can change, and often times does.
We need both of these guys as after this season RB, and DE are going to be positions of need, cause its pretty much a guarantee Fournette is gone after this season, and Guice, will most likely be gone the following season after that. Dline always seems to be a position of need for us, and Buggs is big enough to excel as a DE in the 3-4 defense.
