I don't remember if he ever played any linebacker. Could he possibly if we miss out on linebackers? Gonna have to go back and watch his vids .

Will likely be an outside backer in the 3-4. If aranda could make great players out of all of the Wisconsin LB's, I'm confident moffitt will be a good one too. His pass rush skills are very underrated.

The weight doesnt matter to me, its about the speed. If he has speed I dont see why he couldnt play further outside

Moffit looks like one to those Wisconsin baws Aranda had.

JMO, he's not fast enough to play LB in SECW...would be a disaster in pass coverage...

They wouldn't ask him to cover much. He would be used primarily as a pass rusher off the edge. If he needs to cover, I'm sure aranda can teach him to be at least serviceable.

Would lack necessary straight-line speed.

Everyone is so worried about ILB's for the '17-'18 season, but fact of the matter is we have already converted some players to that position, like Sci Martin. He is not just cross-training ILB/OLB, but he is being converted to an ILB. Thats nice Sci Martin 6'4" 240 lbs. He could add another 15-20 lbs of muscle on that frame of his. He isn't the only one either.

Dont know what Ohio st and wisc put in their water but These types at LSU dont do so well
