Went back and watched his interview and here’s the schools he listed having offers from. Also alluded to a big 12 and ACC offer being inbound.

Not an issue anymore. No one is allowed walk-ons anymore. If you are on the football roster, you MUST be on scholarship. So really it boils down to the "number of uniforms"
since the scholarship limit is no longer 85. His offers are not impressive but with increased number of scholarships, there are going to be more "take a flyer" than ever.
