Bama should get the two big LB recruits from Alabama both 5 star and a few others and will have a good year.
LSU coaches did a great job in Louisiana and filled every need and if we get our players on the wish list plus a big surprise or two, I could care less where Bama, Ole Miss, Ohio State finish in the star ratings.
Finishing in the top 5 is all important but more important is finishing every year in the top 5 plus retaining them for 4 years.
Getting the kids to stay for their senior year has been our big issue.

Nicky has to feed his ego by getting 2-3 Louisiana kids easy year to make it look like he still has great connections here. He only has one to date. He is getting desperate pressuring Carter to commit to save his face.

"Nicky's" ego is fed by winning national championships at a rate of about 1 every 2 years. I doubt he even notices secondary statistics like you do.
