247 Class Calculator - 270.49 (Updated Estimate)

Updated to include Cole Tracy, Terrace Marshall, and Jerell Cherry. The kicker counting towards the 25 is gonna hurt us and we are going to have to turn away a good player. I think JaMarr Chase gets left out. Our team score dropped from 276.13 to 270.49.
With the hard cap at 25, I think this team score could put us higher than previous years, we will see. Also, I did not include ArDarius Washington because he has not signed and may not be part of this class. I don't think we take a QB.
I don't think this class (possible finish) could be looked at as anything other than successful.

All about finishing at this point, biggest fish still out there, starts with Marshall this afternoon.

I could be wrong for 24/7 but the sites they use for composite used to not calculate all 25 it was only 22. So that cap makes no difference. Really.

247 counts everyone, your highest guys count the most and lowest guys the least though. So say your #1 recruit is worth a max of 30 points, and your #20 recruit is worth a max of 15 points. You might get 29.5 points for the #1 guy and 0.5 points for the #20 guy.
Doesn't matter if you have 20, 25 or 30. Everyone contributes to your point score.

It currently would be good for 4th, but that doesn't mean much because other teams are not done yet either. I think we will finish somewhere between 7th and 10th if we finish with the players I listed.

From 2012 - 2017, LSU finished #13 (4 interior linemen), 6th (8 interior linemen), 2nd (7 interior linemen), 5th (6 interior linemen), 2nd (7 interior linemen) and 7th (6 interior linemen). As we saw this year, not having enough linemen cost us a couple of games.
We always keep the best skill positions players and high draft picks, but the one glaring hole has been oline and dline. We have to win in the trenches. This is where a certain team has beating us every year. It time to get players in the trenches that can dominate
