Early on I wasn’t sure about him and skipped over him because of it. Then me missing on Manning caused me to look at Tate again. He’s shown up at camps and eventually the all American game and locked down some pretty good receivers, all without any real technique. The size and speed are there and he’s a “willing” participant in tackling. With any semblance of teaching, this kid could be something to look out for in the future.

I choose Tate Ratledge, OT UGA.
He's a big ol' boy. My main concern is that he looked overwhelming in his highlights, but he was playing against terrible competition if I remember my classifications right. He might need some adjusting. Then again, almost zero OTs start before their third year for major programs, so he'll have time.
