GCB selects

Cam Large, TE, Wisconsin

The other TE in Wisconsin’s class. Big, physical specimen that had offers from Bama, UGA, and Ohio State.

That really was meant to be my pick in the supp rounds. If you'd have picked on time in the supp rounds I'm sure he'd have still be available

GCB Final Roster (Supplemental Rounds Pending):

Pos/Name/School/Round
QB: Will Rogers, Miss State, 13
RB: Devan Achane, Texas A&M, 5
WR: Johnny Wilson, Arizona State, 7
WR: Chimere Dike, Wisconsin, 12
WR: Alex Adams, LSU, 21
TE: Cam Large, Wisconsin, 22
LT: Myles Hinton, Stanford, 4
LG: Marcus Henderson, Arkansas, 14
OC: Kevo Weasley, Vanderbilt, 16
RG: Talor Warner, Kansas State, 15
RT: Roger Rosengarter, Washington, 6

SDE: Gervon Dexter, Florida, 1
NG: Aidan Keanaaina, Notre Dame, 17
WDE: Zykevious Walker, Auburn, 3
SAM: Jaden Naverette, Oregon, 10
MIKE: Shane Whitter, Oklahoma, 8
JACK: Korey Smith, Boston College, 18
WILL: Chris Braswell, Alabama, 2
CB: Tyler Elsdon, Oklahoma, 11
CB: Alphonse Oywak, Washington State, 20
FS: Janari Dean, Mississippi State, 19
SS: Malcolm Greene, Clemson, 9

All said, I really like my defense this season. I feel like I ended up with a lot of kids that will contribute to their programs early based on their skill and opportunity. Really excited to see what Rogers does in Leach’s offense, because the kid can spin the football. My skill positions are more potential than opportunity sans Wilson, who I expect to play early at Arizona State. My OL is full of big dudes with nasty attitudes, several of which should see meaningful snaps early in their careers. I missed on a couple guys that I had targeted early in the process, but I really like the team that I ended up with.

As soon as everyone makes up their picks, we’ll start the Supp rounds. Like always, the Supp rounds will consist of three rounds, with each poster selecting TWO players PER ROUND. A total of SIX players, of any position, will be added to your rosters by the end of the Supp Rounds.

I'm sorry about the delay, boys. Life has been a rolling crisis this week and I have had zero time not dealing with some kind of emergency or major commitment. On the note of commitments, I have four for Southwestern Roll Tigers State A&T:

Doneiko Slaughter, DB Tennessee (Mostly because of his name, but also because I think UT is about to turn it around and he impressed a lot of people with his advancement from junior to senior season)

Mike Wyman, WR USCe (What I read on the boards a while ago suggested he was a leader in the USCe class, and he never got a deserved second look once he finalized his commitment a year ago)

Ethan Lane, OC NC State (my phone wasn't working right when I dug him up, and if I hadn't waited to get to my computer, I was going to draft him as Ethan Lane, OC Angry Dog With Hat Team That I Can't Remember University)

Quantavious Leslie, OG Wake Forest (Picking him exclusively because he shares exactly the same name as a dude I played HS football with)

Sorry for the delay again.

Daran Branch

Good size, decent speed. Don't much else other than the fact that he has good taste in schools.

Jared Zirkel

Future . . . 4th round pick (hopefully)

Both Dawgs. Supp Rd is for the Homer Picks!

Jeffery M'Ba, DT, uncommitted. No clue if he will ever play but kid is massive and could make an impact somewhere.

Daniel Foster Allen, SDE, Auburn

jembeurt selects

Ken Seals, QB Vanderbilt

Seals is actually taking first team reps (well when they were practicing) and the kid is really sharp and is already getting in the faces of his team mates that screw up. He’s got the talent and the fire.

Trey Paster, ATH California

Cal is changing defense and adding a new position, which will be a LB/S type player. Paster is the kid they are looking to get PT this year. Kid is athletic as hell and I’ll look forward to see how he progresses.

I was eyeing him for most of the draft. Settled on the others. Good pickup there. Hopefully Frost gets shite together over there.
