OBUDan selects:

Connor Neville, QB, Washington State

Mike Leach's next 1,000,000 yard passer. Dude can fling it. No. 1 QB on my board, easily the best QB in this class. Will be a Heisman contender. Book it.

Nick Sipe, QB, Purdue

Skinny as hell, but he's got a nice arm and I think he fits well in Brohm's offense.

Nick Tronti, QB, Indiana

This kid got some Johnny Football to him.

Damarri Mathis, DB, Pitt

Perfect fit in Narduzzi's defense

Jaylen Dixon and his QB Jason Shelley are gamers. Both will do well. I was hoping Jason would get a look from LSU kid is small but a baller. I plan on following those guys anyways.

They play right down the street from where I live. Them and a jack Anderson. I see these guys all the time at local food spots like Andys and Bahama Breeze.

Was soooo close to selecting him but wanted to round out my defense. Good pickup. Could see him being a surprise... really late activity to get decent offers for a guy who was "Mr. Football" in Florida.

Was the first QB I liked, then I did research and there are some VERY ugly rumors about him, I also thought he regressed from Junior to Senior year

Now I'm sad and want to give the pick back. I didn't dig into anything beyond some tape and rankings.

I love Chris Petersen. He's the best coach in football. Thus, I'm going to take 4 UW players in the hopes that he coaches em up right good.

Jake Haener, QB

Jaxson Cortland, OL

Cole Norgaard, OL

Cade Otton, TE.

Of them, Norgaard is the only one without numerous P5 offers. Haener looks solid as well, he has a chance to work his way up the depth chart. I'm pretty desperate for starting OL because my picks there have been consistently bad.

Whoops! Norgaard was taken. Actually I'm glad - I almost didn't get a kicker this year! I'm taking Joseph Bulovas, K Alabama. Roll tide or whatever. I hope he hits every kick against every team except LSU

And with Roll's annual pick of a kicker, that wraps up the 2017 RMD!

Thanks to all that made this thing what it is:

Verlander for picking the best players none of us heard about
LSU Patrick for having to re-pick the most times ever
Memphis for getting back on TD
Redfield for getting stuck in the mud while raping someone
Boss for drafting an entire defense with 11 straight selections
TDawg, because without him we wouldn't have drafted all but two of Washington's class
And so many others.

But most importantly, me, for aggravating the shite out of you guys until we finally finished this thing off.

Hope to see you guys bump this thread throughout the year as your players get arrested or get kicked off their perspective teams for indecent exposure. That and maybe when they do well too.

Thanks guys.

My goal for next year is to do something worth noting in Jembeurt's wrap up post. Thanks for keeping this thing rolling dude.

Just having the best team hands down is good enough for me.

Thanks guys. Really appreciate everyone doing this every year. I love doing this and having you guys take part is really cool. And I really like having the different teams, and not just LSU, fans in here. Hope to be able to continue the tradition next year.

Now comes the fun part of bragging when your 22nd round pick becomes a starter this year!

Thanks so much again Jem. Year 2 was every bit the fun as Year 1, if not more so... Really appreciate the work you do to coordinate it all and keep it moving.

Will work on team recap later this week, but work has been brutal for the past 2 weeks.

Here's to hoping that all of Verlanders 19 Running Backs are supremely healthy but catch a mean case of the fumbles.
