Do A$M fans give LSU the respect they deserve? The post above screams of Aggie Arrogance and disrespect to the LSU program which is Elite nationally.
It seems to me a quite a few A$M fans are surprised LSU is mentioned in these kinds of recruiting situations, or when it comes to who is going to win the West this year or in the future.
Has their victory over Bama and JFF's heisman blinded them for the fact they have lost to LSU the last 2 meetings and likely will receive a 3rd in Baton Rouge. Few teams win in Death Valley.
LSU has Won 2 (3 appearances) National Championships and 3 SEC titles (4 appearances) the last 10 years...and currently have the best SEC record over the last 8 years over all SEC teams (including Almighty's team), and lastly have the most players roaming the NFL (55) of all college programs.
To me, A$M fans ought provide a little more respect...LSU is DLU and DBU...
Learn your position in the SEC rook (3rd in the West last year!), and earn your respect on the feild, we've earned ours...

I think he ends up at A&M, we end up with Jefferson & Pryor, and Hasty/Dunning, I don't really know at this point. If you want to include Kris Boyd for the East Texas 6 think then I think he ends up at Texas as well

Yeah i think Mack comes to LSU. The lure of making it higher in the draft because of LSU's dline rep is what puts us over the top for ole Mackdaddy

mad much? I don't see anything in that post that is disrespectful to LSU at all. LSU wasn't mentioned and Mack himself said he wanted to commit to A&M but his parents wouldn't let him so it's not even conjecture.

I'm not really worried about it. His mom is very pro-UTx which is why they think they have a shot to flip him. But he's pretty much all A&M.
I know what mom wants is important and I do try to avoid making predictions about what a 17 yo I've never met is going to do. So I certainly wouldn't rule it out altogether. But she didn't stand in the way of his original commitment so I doubt she forces him to flip or anything.

I know he's been very confident on him for awhile now. but it seems like a lot of A&M people don't care for him.

Eh, maybe not. Just know he's said time and again, "A&M is where I want to be. When my parents let me, I'll commit."
Perhaps his parents don't buy that he's really set on TAMU, and thus won't allow him to commit. His statements seemed pretty unequivocal, but I won't pretend like I know the kid.
