Isnt this writer the Gump grad that writes for nola. I'm sure that wasn't a leading question or twisting of words. Let's see how bama keeps 6 really good RBs happy this year....I don't anticipate only 2 guys getting the workload this year for them.

No. He's an LSU alumni.

It was a fair question, and should be put into context with what he was saying...

quote:

"At Alabama, they do a pretty good job of maintaining two or three backs but focusing on two or one, like they did last year with Trent Richardson and (Eddie) Lacy and how this year they did Eddie Lacy and T.J. Yeldon," Guice said. "I just feel like it should be like that. All the rotating all the backs in and out, I don't really like that."

...

quote:

"If I do go there and all those backs are there, I'm not going to really care because we're all good," Guice said. "But I just feel like Coach should play the best player, and if those guys are there and coaches think they're better than me, they better be working their butt off, because they know I'm coming and I'm working."

The kid has a great and valid point, one that the rant asks all the time about our rotation.

If your son doesn't go to LSU, you will be banned for life.

Bama's style is the two back system; switch them out when one gets hurt.

LSU's style is a revolving door system; everybody touches the ball.

which style is better?

Correction: LSU uses the hot hand system in which more than just the top 2 guys get a chance to do their thing

Bama's defense and turnover ratio wins them more games than who runs the ball for them.

I'm looking forward to Bama's LA ties being severed.

You can make arguments to both styles, but I believe it's pointless until we see how Cam uses the backs in his system. By all accounts, this is his offense. I suspect we will see the backs featured more in the passing game, but the rotation of backs will be interesting to watch. IMO, Hill should touch the ball 20-25 times each game regardless of rotation. He's a gamechanger.

Damn, these kid's daddies need to start a surrogate program. We'll give Laqueshia and Shenaenae a pass for having multiple baby daddies for that.

Jvrevonte, what are yall feeding him? Midgets?

Moses being 2 years younger than these other kids in that video is crazy.
