Who else's kid is having fun playing in the water?

My daughter was so excited to play in the flooded ditch and street. We've been out since 7 am playing. All the kids down the street had skim boards, bikes and all sorts of things out playing in it a little while earlier.

All the kids playing remind me of what we did we when were growing up when Andrew hit. All the kids in the neighoborhood stayed outside playing in the water all day.
