It does look like the last frame shows it going north. However, it's only moving at 1.5 mph so I don't think anybody knows where it's going.

Rondo, LHS area ( Belle Chasse subdivision in particular) is mostly a back lot service area. Those are troublesome. We have had substantial storm outages all through the summer that allowed for tree trimming that wouldn't normally have taken place. This will help but I'd expect outages if we get 40-50 MPH winds for hours.
