Has I-10 been re-opened?

Open I drove it this morning. The only exits open from Sorrento to 310 is one exit (206) in Laplace...

Just for 100 yards at the Laplace exit with the food and there was no water when I drove through so the water might have dropped overnight and the lane was not yet opened. I expect it all to be open now.
