What did he say?
8 to 10 inches of rain. Some debris in the road. No major home damage as far as he can tell. Hasn't seen the west end.
To say its fricked like its getting demolished is just hyping everything up.

And I asked you how do you know what he expected?
I expect no power, a couple of downed trees, and some spotty flooding in EBR. When it gets flooded by a couple of more inches in more places, am I going to say EBR is fricked?
