Zoysia Palisades Care Schedule

I've had a few threads on my backyard re-grading and laying 19 pallets of zoysia palisades. 90% of it was put down in April. The last pallet and a half early May.
The biggest thing I've learned is how much it grows. Holy schnikeys. I cut my backyard 2-3x more frequently than my centipede front yard. It produces copious amounts of hay. I have yet to figure out how to deal with all the hay. Considering a small composter and adding it back to my garden.
Since I have so much invested in it, and it is luxurious soft carpet. I kind of want to stay ahead of care. Is there anything I need to be doing now, or prepared to lay down as we head towards fall?
I'm adding some sand to level out some spots that stayed a tad soupy after our several week monsoon.

I use this from woerner

I follow it pretty close. Have changed a few products. I didn’t put down anything until the next spring after I put it down. Just hand picked weeds.
As far as the clippings, you’ll just have to figure it out because it will get worse when you start with a good fertilizer.

I appreciate it. That’s what I had seen a year ago but couldn’t find.

Maybe coming from the land of centipede has spoiled me, but is this excessive? That is my first thought on their schedule for fertilization. I suppose the 0-0-7 in January and October is more for the preemergent than fertilizer.

Barricade is a pre emergent.
My last house I put Palisades down. I followed the same schedule as my Bermuda front lawn. Honestly, once it gets going it is so thick it chokes everything out. Two years and no weeds, dog piss is hell on it though.
You will have to bag it to keep clippings down.

Centipede is completely different than Zoysia, St Aug and especially Bermuda.
You plant Centipede and its just kind of there.
The other options have much higher upside but require a ton of chemicals and fine tuning.
