My company gave me a cornhole set for the customer crawfish boil I hosted. They were going to come get it back but never did. It sat in partial rain for a year. I am now trying to redo it in Saints/LSU colors.
Pulled the vinyl full size company logo graphic off the first one and began sanding. What a mistake. All of the left over adhesive that was holding that graphic on gums up sandpaper right quick! What I thought was a quick easy job became a many hours pita.

Suggestions for the second one? How do I get that adhesive off?

Goo gone should get rid of it.

Goo gone might work but they do sell a dedicated adhesive remover in the carpet section of Lowes or HD, can also use acetone or paint stripper. If you plan on painting the wood you want to use something that doesn't soak into the wood very much.

Depending on the wood, Goo Gone might stain the wood (assuming you're looking for a natural unstained/unpainted finish that is)
