These days material prices go up and down very quick. Sometimes steel or concrete cost change even in one week, and it make estimating very hard. I found this helpful for planning my takeoffs: LINK
How you manage sudden price changes in your projects? Do you update your estimates every week or just follow supplier quotes? I want to know how others deal with this problem on site.

Tariffs do have an impact on a decent amount of construction and building materials. Typically quotes on concrete are good for 30 days. Can't speak to any other building material.
