Where to get bed soil - Baton Rouge

I buy mine at Plant Tech on Jefferson Hwy and Baringer-Foreman. By it by the yard, $35. They can deliver, but the fee is the same whether you by 1 yard or 10 yards - so if you have it delivered buy enough to make it worth it. I think the delivery fee was $40 when had 10 yds delivered a couple years ago. I usually buy a yard at a time and bring home in my pickup, some sitting the bed of the truck now.

And whatever your calculations show you need, buy more because it’s never enough - speaking from experience. In the last 3 years I’ve bought about 30 to 40 yards - I’ve lost count, and I’m always short.
