Someone in the dental field isn't exactly the best source to consult on this outside of dental application. Congrats on your wife making bank though.
Fluoride definitively strengthens the enamel on your teeth. That's where it stops for the dental field, outside of common toxicity guidance.

Is there a filter that does that but not chlorine?
