Treatment Plant Overflow leak

I found a leak in my overflow line on my sewer treatment plant. I have some drain field baffle connections leaking. It they were not installed correctly and this is 20 years of leakage. I would like to bypass the baffles with pipe. Have not been able to find any information on the baffles to pipe transitions. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't find any information on these plastic baffles. The guy who installed it is out of business.

If the system is 20 years old and hasn't had serious problems until now, I'd rule out a clogged a baffle before assuming it's a faulty installation.
We get paper clogs in baffles pretty frequently here.
