That's what has me confused, neither have a 200amp breaker or a "main" breaker to shut power off to the house, as far as I see. I'm going to post some pics this evening when I get home. Maybe I'm just a clown, but I'll triple check. I mean is it even possible not to have 1 breaker that shuts everything off?

Yes, 6 passes of the hand is the rule. Although a lot of jurisdictions are making people put a single means of disconnect now depending on what year NEC they are adopting.

Bump on this tread. Any recommendations for an electrician in the BR/Ascension area that can install an interlock switch and 30A outlet?

I had to replace my outside meter box for one that had a 200 amp breaker below the Entergy meter so I could disconnect from Entergy before switching to generator power.
