Have had the 4701 since 2017 and it’s been trouble free. Solid machine and a good in between size bigger than the rest of the L series but a bit smaller than the M. Stupid easy to use can show anyone that can drive a lawn mower how to operate it. Very glad I picked it over the 3901

For what you say your intended use is,hydrostatic and it’s not even close. I’ve had a manual clutch shift John Deere for 17 years. Bought a MX6000 Kubota last year and for spreading dirt and grading gravel they hydro is so much more convenient
