I bought a pit boss 820. Best damn $500 I’ve ever spent. Brisket was awesome. Smoked Cornish hens, very juicy. Also bought an inkbird Bluetooth thermometer to go with it.

My Weber Summit is 13 yrs old and is still in nearly perfect condition! I do keep a Weber cover on it but everything still works perfect!

Ceramic grills. I have Big Green Eggs and love them.
