Termite treatment (elevated house)

I have an older wooden house on piers that has a brick facade. My last bug guy would enter the hatches and go under my house yearly and treat the piers with Termador.

I have a different bug guy now who only sprays the outside for termites. I’m thinking that getting underneath the house and treating the piers would be ideal as I’ve had termite damage before the first guy started treating.

Does anyone have any experience or insight on this. TIA.

I have a raised home on pilings. I’ve never seen them spray under the house. Just the typical subsurface bait traps

My last house was raised and for my initial treatment my guy didn’t use the bait stations yet so he dug out around every pier under the house and sprayed. He only actually treated every 5 years. Checked each year in between. When 5 years came up, he had started with bait stations so he switched me to that. It was much cheaper, like half.

every pier needs to be trenched around /sprayed and backfilled..same concept as a slab house
