Sweet Viburnum Hedge Fertilization - Help me get to Barry Bonds levels of PEDs.

I've planted a hedgerow if 60+ sweet viburnum. They've been in the ground for about 2 months and are watered daily. They're looking great, established, and growing well. But of course if like to push them along even more. I've searched online and typically they call for a balanced fertilizer like 13-13-13. Two things:
how do i apply that? just put on ground, punch hole around each and fill, etc.
How much? for my trees it's based on pounds of nitrogen per tree trunk diameter. how would i calculate that for shrubs?
i also have 6 burford hollys that are really small and i'd like to boost too.to i'll take any advice there as well.
Thanks

actually wasn't that bad, partially thanks to the H&GB. I laid them out and used my H&GB cheap tiller to break up the heavy arse clay in my back yard at each spot. I took the depth bar off and bottomed it out in one direction then turned it 90 deg and bottomed it out in the other and ended up with a broken up square of dirt, about 2'x2' about a foot deep. Once it was broken up, we used an auger on the end of a drill to start the hole then a few more shovelfuls out to get it just right.

Sweet vibrurnums grow extremely fast from my experience. They even put out growth in the fall and winter in South Louisiana

Nutricote total complete 18-6-8. I’d go with the 270 day. What size pot were they when planted? I’d go with a medium/high rate from that size. Reapply after last frost next spring.

3 gal. They’re averaging 2’+ tall planted at this point.
What’s the rate and how do I apply it?
For my pecan trees I have a huge spike on a pole that I make hole in the ground with and poor fert in. Would that work around the perimeter?
