I'm on a corner lot and the Stop sign has been at a 45 since I bought the house. Is there any specific kind of tool I can use to pull it out and re-plant it level? It's damn near hanging over the street. Looks terrible.

Call the city/parish. If you don't feel like doing that, yank it with your truck. They're stuck in the ground pretty well though

I'd dig a little around it, then put a post level on it and attached a chain to my truck and straighten it out. Then once it was level, I'd fill the hole with a little fast setting (red bag) concrete mix. Let that dry and then put dirt back over the top of the concrete.
You could be waiting a few years if you call the city.

If it is a standard street sign then you need to google “T post puller”.

We have one the literally faces the neighbors house and nobody stops anyway. I asked the head of the HOA about having it removed... thinking they may want to get some feedback from the neighborhood, but he said nothing he can do and for me to call the City about removing it.

Check out YouTube. They have a bunch of examples of people pulling up fenceposts and stumps with a car jack.

bullshite. It’s literally his job to call the city and speak on behalf of the homeowners.

What's bad is our subdivision has 3 cul de sacs and ours, the first one off the main entrance, is the only one with a dumbass 3way stop. Damn near 75-80% of people coming in or going out run thru it. Just dumb!!
