I figured either here or the tech board would be the best place to ask.

Any good recs? For vacuuming hard flooring and large bedroom rugs?

I’m aiming for battery powered, mainly with a long usage life before having to recharge. And about 20KPa

Been looking at the Jashen ones off Amazon.

Dyson V11 Torque Drive

Have the V6 also, but the V11 kicks it to the curb

After researching this a year ago I decided on this unit, Tineco A11 Hero. LINK. Mine came with 2 batteries which was another deciding factor, but looking at the Amazon description now it seems to come with only a single battery? So far so good - I’m happy with it but I’m only a year in.

We have a Shark that works extremely well. It also has removable batteries which is why we made the switch from Dyson. The dyson worked well, but the battery didnt last that long and could not be swapped with a fresh one, although the newer models appear to have this feature.

I shared your opinion -- then I got a V10 and have changed my mind completely.

The stuff that the cordless Dyson picked up from my area rugs that my previous corded vacuum left behind was shocking.
