Stained concrete has become slippery...

I built a house and finished up about 18 months ago. We have stained and sealed concrete floors throughout. The sealer is a silicate sealer call American HD Densifier. It apparently is a type of silicon whose particles are small enough to get down into the pores of concrete and seal it. Amazing stuff really.
However, now we have an issue where all the floors have become overly slippery when dry. Almost like there is a fine dust over them. That's actually what I though at first was that some of the sealer was breaking out and becoming a very fine dust on top. But, now matter how much we mop the floors, when they dry, they are dangerously slippery.
Is there anyone out there who's exprienced this unique problem? Anyone know of possible solutions?
Thanks in advance for your help!

In locations with concrete floors we used a grip treatment on a regular basis. They get super slick without it in a commercial environment very fast. The one we used came from Ecolab but there are a bunch of non slip treatments out there. You literally just mop in on when needed.

You need to be careful with what you mop it with. Should just use hot water as any type of soap/cleaner will leave a residue on the surface.

The house I have has Mexican tiles outside, right next to my cool deck and pool. Gets slippery with any water. Any recommendations on exactly what to use on it? Thanks
