I wouldn’t over do it because of resistance. If your lawn is prone to disease I would use azoxystrobin around the end of February and again at the end of August for large patch and tarr. I’d have propiconizole on hand just in case you develop leaf spot in the summer.

Yes but if you are self quarantined you might have a lot of free time.
