Speed queen dryer - flashing lights on control panel

So the heating element went out on my speed queen commercial dryer. I changed it and the thermal fuse.
This red light is rapidly flashing on the output control board and the green light next to it is slowly flashing.
The heating element is working again.
I don't know if these lights were flashing before I changed the element. Any ideas? I've tried googling but no luck

You need to count the intervals on the flashing light. Not sure of model. The other light if solid is an interval light.
I hate that speed queen is getting away from timers. I recommended them so much because they were still using mechanical timers.

The pic I snapped just happened to show the red light.
The red light flashes fast and the green light slowly flashes. Maybe once a second.
I just ran a cycle and the dryer is heating. Now that it's cooled down both the red and green light are off.

Wonder if it was some sort of test code to make sure it was running right after the parts change?

Could be. I'm 2 loads through it and everything seems to be working.
I may be over annalizing it, just don't want to burn up another heating element and thermal fuse if there is another underlying problem.
