Shower Walls help

I have a small jack and jill bath room that I have had to demo down to the studs. It was originally tile but I'd like to use the shower walls you buy from home depot since it's just an unused bathroom. Can I install these walls right over the studs or do I need to install cement board/redguard/etc. then attach the walls?

Depends, read the instructions ;) Most are not direct-to-stud and require sheetrock or cement board.
We recently installed FlexStone panels in a guest bath directly over greenboard. No additional waterproofing required as the panels themselves are waterproof.

Those one piece stalls are not all that thick and they will deflect between the studs if leaned on if no rock or cement board is used to firm it up.
Oh, and while you have it stripped out, put up some structural framing to accommodate grab rails if you plan on staying in the house for a long time. I did this to my now late father-in-laws house many years ago and it made installing grab rails real easy when the time came and his health and mobility declined.

Read the installation instructions for the product you buy. My guess is they will all require sometime of sheetrock cement board. There are a lot of good products, so find one that is easy for you to work with.
Also you will probably want some type of moisture barrier. Check out red guard.

On new construction, I see they use a purplish sheetrock in bathrooms and garage
