Has some type of air feature tech that forces more volume out at a higher pressure than normal rain heads.
Like navy shower heads that cost $15 to $85.
OP just get something from Bricor, it will outlast you.

Whichever you purchase, remove the interior flow restriction piece and enjoy.
Completely changed my life for the better

Whole thing has made me realize there should really be a way to try out the shower head before you buy it, it's an important purchase once you get old and boring
I thought this same thing recently.
I bought the Speakman Icon 2.5gpm. I’ll likely buy it any time I need to replace a shower head elsewhere in the house.
Despite what is said above, DO NOT remove the flow restrictor in this specific shower head until you’ve tried it. Most people who have done it describe it as a bit much.
It’s expensive but well worth it.

I recently bought a rain showerhead off Wayfair. I took the restrictor out and it is great. If you can wait a couple of weeks, you can get an ‘open box” one that someone has returned for half price.
