Killer Hogs, Meat Church, and Kosmos are my go to's lately. Lots of different flavors and profiles

Transfer that pan/wrap juice into a fat separator. As you are pulling, add some of that juice back to the pork, and reseason with salt and a bit more rub of your choice, as needed.
I’m a Meat Church fan….Gospel and Holy Gospel are my favorites for pork. Keep an eye on their website, as they often offer deep discounts if you buy their rubs in sets of five or eight.

I grilled some dino ribs the other day and used The Salt Lick Garlic Dry Rub.
I'm generally pretty rigid on red meat doing salt, pepper, and if you're going to add anything else, onion powder or garlic. But mostly just salt and pepper. But the garlic dry rub was fantastic.
For pork, fish and chicken, I usually go with a teriyaki sauce or a brown sugar base rub.
This is a rough recipe I use for non beef rubs. I make a large batch of it and keep it handy.

I cycle through a bunch of rubs. I get tired of the same flavors.
Some I use
Kinder's Steak Blend
Weber Gourmet Burger
Bad Byron's Butt Rub (very good on everything)
Billy's Slappin Spice Rub for beef
I like getting new rubs and trying them.

That's why I did this thread. I knew the guys here would not disappoint. I have already ordered some of the ones recommended.
