Anyone used or has intel on Roof Treatment services.
Roof Maxx is a company I'm looking into. There a claims of restoring flexibility and longevity of the roof for roughly another 5 years. Trying to prolong the replacement of another roof which the current is not terrible, but this option looks to be something that provides peace of mind.

Why are you worried about replacing your roof if it isn't weather related?

Sounds like a perfect snake oil pitch to me.

I'm certain that roof replacement is not triggered solely from a weather related event. Roof is 13 years old. There is some granular loss and brittle tiles.
This product alleges to put moisture back in the tiles whereas they don't simply break at the touch. Also reseals whereas tiles don't blow off due to mild wind.
Note that they simply don't manufacture tiles like they use to. A 30 year roof use to actually last 30+ years. Now a proclaimed 30 year roof last half that time.

Roof Maxx is a 100% safe, soy-based roof treatment that extends the life of your shingles by up to five years. It works by penetrating the shingles and restoring them to their original flexibility.

This gives them the ability to withstand the elements better and prevents them from cracking, curling, and developing granules.

The application process is simple. A trained technician will come to your home and clean your roof with a high-powered pressure washer. This removes any dirt, debris, or build-up that could prevent the Roof Maxx from adequately bonding with your shingles.

Once the roof is clean, the technician will apply the Roof Maxx in a thin layer across the entire surface. The Roof Maxx will seep into the shingles and work, restoring flexibility.

You’ll notice a difference immediately after the treatment is applied. Your shingles will be more flexible, and your roof will have a new lease on life.

You DO NOT use a high power pressure washer on shingles.

Advertise "Up to 5 years longer life." So that's the best case. How much does the product cost vs. paying for 5 years of new roof?
