I have a potential fixer upper that I inherited. Does Baton Rouge have its own scaled down version of Chip & Joanna Gaines (without the shiplap)?

Need someone to take a look, tell me straight up if a reno is practical, and work on plans, etc.

I was very happy with Lacoste and Young, they did 2 bathrooms, my kitchen, and various other stuff. All great

Watching. Be careful. I’m more interested in remedies for contractor disputes.

I have a canceled contract from a small Reno project that never materialized. The cancellation agreement includes a clause for a full refund of my deposit. Now Contractor is ghosting me. Along with my $4,500.

I read your post before you edited - this is a gut-to-the-studs reno, knock down some exterior load-bearing walls, all new electrical, plumbing & HVAC.

If you've done a job like this let me know.
