Male or female dog? If a male, you can bet it was hiking all over the walls/baseboards, too.

I have a tenant that pays well below market rate, but she's a clean freak. I've been encouraged by every landlord I know to keep her as long as possible-- they all have horror stories of nightmare tenants wiping out profit margins with stuff like this. Good luck!
