Remodel Costs

Trying to gauge average costs for a potential remodel on a rental home. I've googled but the the results varied by 300% on some items.
I would self-perform all demo work required so the contractors for each craft would essentially be starting with a blank slate.
Assuming mid-grade finishes on the following items, what can I expect to pay per Qty?
Vinyl/Laminate Flooring - I assume labor will be in the same range as material costs?
Cabinets (shaker style) - Price per linear foot?
Granite - Price per square foot installed?
Sheetrock - $2.25/sf finished?
I know I'm leaving out a few crafts, but that work is minimal and I could self-perform.
Thanks

Services/materials are priced different based on the location, so that might be useful info

It'll end up being more than you think or expect.
There is a website called homewyse, or similar, that gives you an idea of costs of a project.
I have not confirmed the accuracy, but I've been told it's a good ballpark estimate
