Refrigerator quit cooling - HELP

approximately 8 year old Kenmore Elite (LG rebranded) suddenly quit cooling. Fridge section is around 60 degrees and freezer section is around 40 degrees.
Took the back off and the compressor is warm - not hot - and "feels like" it's running but I unplugged and plugged in the refrigerator a couple of times and don't hear the surge sound I expect when the compressor cycles - fan runs - coils and everything not dusty/dirty - nothing obvious - any ideas?

Prob the compressor relay. It's a pretty simple fix, but good luck finding one.

Check the cooling fan, had one with a dust ball( in the garage) and fan was not turning, cleaned it all good 4 years ago

I found one for a refrigerator on Amazon.

Had same issue and its the LG compressor ,call the 1-800 number and it still should be under warranty. They will send out a tech to diagnose and if it is will send you a new one free but you still have to pay labor , about $700
