Refrigerator help

I have a basic, older style Frigidaire refrigerator with the fridge on bottom and freezer on top. This thing has worked like a champ until this past Tuesday. The fridge still cools, but the freezer isn’t freezing stuff solid. For example, my ice cream is frozen, but it’s mushier and the same for my frozen Minute Main OJ.
I set the adjustment to the coldest setting and took the vacuum cleaner and performed a thorough cleaning underneath.

Any ideas on what caused my freezer to suddenly do this and what I could try?
