I’ll be down in a few weeks for a game & have a project near by. I have a finish that will actually last it won’t crack peel or yellow or fade.

I went through several contractors that didn’t show up or wouldn’t return my calls, then I found someone to do it and he sanded on my doors for about 5 minutes and then started trying to stain them. I fired him and ended up doing mine myself, took me about 3 days total and just finished last week. Good luck trying to get someone.

And there lies the problem with finding someone. It is a multi-day job to do right. Remove the door and block off the entrance, remove all hardware, strip or sand the door depending on what needs to be done, if stripped, wash down the door to neutralize the stripper and then let dry and then between staining, finishing at least 2-3 coats with drying times you're not talking about a lot of hours of actual work, just long times between starting and finishing, and that turns into days.
