Recommendations for someone to refinish front posts.

I am in Baton Rouge.
Looking for someone to sand, restain, and seal the 4 large front posts on my house.

Do they actually need to be stained? Or just resealed/poly?
I lightly sand and re-poly my posts every 2 years and it’s not too bad. A little masking and a roller.
Another option would be to consider painting them with a “faux” wood look. It would last much, much longer. I’ve done it on my front doors and it’s held up great.
