I would get more than 2. That way someone will disagree most likely and offer a different opinion. Go with whoever you trust the most.

I was partly being sarcastic and partly serious above, with that sort of property you want it done right and you are spending a lot of money someone you can trust should be able to give you a quote and job recommendation you are happy with.

If you are where I think you are in Ft. Bend, do you see any issues with hogs? If so that fresh dirtwork and grass will be a dinnerbell in the first year.

Let me know if you need help shooting them.
