This is kinda a T-rant question, but figured I'd get better answers here. My sister awesomely gave me a chunk of tiger stadium turf for christmas (haven't seen her till last night) it's still alive and well and wondering the best way to keep it that way. I feel like if I plant it it'll die in the cold... should I do inside in a pot? Is there some type of way to preserve it in a box of some kind???

Plant it in a shady place till spring. It's dormant now.

treat it like a house plant
keep it watered, dont let the soil dry out, and put it by a window or on a porch where it can get some sunlight

I put mine in an inside pot. Just been watering. It’s still growing for me.

I threw mine on top of some dead grass in the yard. Its the greenest thing in my yard right now.
